Fostering Healthy, Communicative Relationships Through Coaching

Whether you're questioning, exploring, or simply trying to find your footing in love and relationships, you've come to the right place.

Maybe you've recently come out as non-monogamous to a partner, friend, or family member. Or maybe a partner has come out to you, and you're still processing what that means for your relationship and your sense of self. Perhaps you're monogamous and happy that way, but something in your relationship just isn't working the way you hoped. Or you might be somewhere in the middle; not quite sure what you want, but sure that what you have now doesn't feel like enough.

Wherever you're starting from, one thing is true: navigating relationships with honesty and communication takes courage. It also often means sitting with challenging questions, uncomfortable conversations, and uncertainty that can feel extremely isolating. You might be wondering where to even begin, how to have the discussions with your partner you've been putting off, or how to get help from someone who has experience with these issues and will actually "get it" without judgment.

That's where I come in. You don't have to figure this out alone.

Hello!

I'm Emily! And I'm so glad you are here.

I’ve been fascinated by relationships of all kinds for as long as I can remember, and I’ve channeled that curiosity into the work I do today. I’m a practitioner of the Gottman Institute, and co-host of The Multiamory Podcast, alongside two of my former partners and lifelong best friends. Now in its 12th year, the podcast has episodes covering just about every topic related to traditional and non-traditional love. I’m also the co-author (and audiobook narrator) of Multiamory: Essential Tools for Modern Relationships. Together, the podcast and book offer a deep well of practical tools, research-informed insights, and real-world experience to help relationships not just survive, but thrive.

While I love the work I do on the podcast, I know what many people truly need is a dedicated space to share their most intimate concerns: their fears, their questions, and what they’re really longing for in their relationships. As someone who was personally resistant to traditional therapy for a long time, I understand how intimidating and financially inaccessible one-on-one support can feel. That’s why I’m excited to offer the support and guidance you need through relationship coaching at an accessible rate.
